Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this role encompass leading and managing high-impact, cross-functional projects that drive business transformation and operational excellence. The role requires overseeing the implementation of innovative tools and automation solutions, optimizing workflows to maximize efficiency, and ensuring alignment with strategic organizational objectives. Key duties include coordinating with multiple departments—such as CVM, Finance, Workforce, Development, Power Platform, CIM, Buyers, ITAM, and others—to ensure seamless execution of initiatives, set and track strategic priorities, and deliver measurable cost savings.
Additional responsibilities involve managing complex pipeline, labor, and PR processes for CPSP, preparing and presenting deliverables for leadership, and adapting quickly to shifting business priorities. The role also plays a critical part in identifying and mitigating risks, championing continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation across the organization. As a highly visible leader, the individual is expected to mentor team members, drive professional development, and contribute meaningfully to the achievement of Tech’s broader business goals.
