The Enterprise Status Program team resides in the Operational Services Group at Charles Schwab and is responsible for creating an elegant status experience for our advisors, clients and internal reps. The team is responsible for partnering with other business organizations to define and implement end to end solutions that deliver the desired client experience while driving simplicity and reusability.
This candidate will partner with a variety of stakeholders and take point on developing materials for executive-level forums to provide transparency of project and program-level work, as well as socialization for high-impact items.
The Sr Manager will create trusted business partnerships and work closely with key functions. You will partner closely with Investor Services, Advisor Services, Operations and other client-facing and support teams to deliver a seamless, top-tier client and representative experiences.
The Sr Manager will also be responsible for delivering upon the project through partnership with Project Services, Technology, and other business partners. This requires attention to detail and desire to understand context and complexity of the broader work.
Reporting to the Enterprise Status Program Director, the Sr Manager will provide support across these activities depending on business needs, offering a unique and unparalleled opportunity to work on major strategic initiatives for the firm.
The position is responsible for:
- Execution – Deliver on the program strategy and drive decisions across a diverse set of stakeholders
- Activation – Lead large, complex cross-functional projects with many cross-functional stakeholders, through ambiguity to successful execution
- Communication – Creating executive-level materials to tell a compelling story to influence stakeholders and leadership, track progress, and ability to lead executive-level meetings
- Partnership – Foster strong partnerships across multiple areas of the business to gather insights, and inform and deliver upon the objectives
What you have

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Operational or similar experience
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or strategy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional meetings
- Strong analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability in developing materials and effectively communicating information
- Ability to handle ambiguity in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment
- Personally and professionally aligned with Schwab's vision and values, and a strong interest in financial services and industry leading practices and innovatio
