We are seeking a Product Manager for the Digital Envelope product team, supporting the broader Rep-Assisted Relationships space. This role is responsible for delivering intuitive, compliant, and scalable front-end experiences that enable representatives and clients to efficiently complete document and workflow-driven processes.

You will serve as the product owner for a front-end scrum team, partnering closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact features. This role is highly execution-focused, requiring strong collaboration, clear decision-making, and a relentless focus on user experience and business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Product Ownership & Delivery

  • Act as Product Owner for a dedicated front-end scrum team, driving sprint planning, backlog grooming, and execution
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized work
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, scalable front-end solutions

Rep-Assisted Experience Focus

  • Design and optimize rep-assisted workflows, ensuring a seamless experience across digital and advisor/rep touchpoints
  • Partner with stakeholders across service, operations, and compliance to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory needs
  • Focus on improving speed, accuracy, and ease-of-use for both internal users and clients

Digital Envelope Product Leadership

  • Drive the evolution of the Digital Envelope experience, including document workflows, client interaction flows, and digital completion journeys
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and modernize document-driven processes
  • Ensure tight integration with upstream and downstream systems impacting the client journey

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with UX research and analytics to understand user pain points and behavior
  • Engage directly with internal users (reps, service teams) to validate solutions and gather feedback
  • Communicate product priorities, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders

Execution & Continuous Improvement

  • Track performance using metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the product
  • Identify and remove blockers to keep the scrum team moving efficiently
  • Support release planning, testing, and go-to-market readiness

What you have

Required Qualifications:
