We are seeking a Senior Team Manager, Digital Product Management (People Leader) to lead product strategy and a team of product managers across rep‑assisted onboarding capabilities, including digital document workflows, enrollment, and platform integrations. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations—driving scalable, high-quality solutions.

This is a people leadership role with accountability for developing talent, establishing strong product practices, and ensuring consistent execution across teams. You will also shape operating models, influence prioritization across domains, and build capabilities that scale beyond your team.

You will oversee delivery of the roadmap for backend-driven digital capabilities and serve as a systems-level leader, aligning cross-team dependencies and translating strategy into scalable solutions.

We are looking for a client-focused product leader who thrives in ambiguity, brings strategic perspective, and drives both outcomes and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and drive a clear, outcome-focused product vision and roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities and industry trends
  • Influence roadmap prioritization using synthesized client data, market insights, and cross-domain signals
  • Identify opportunities to modernize and scale digital onboarding, forms, and document workflows
  • Align product strategy to broader organizational goals, balancing short-term delivery with long-term impact
  • Establish success metrics, business outcomes, and prioritization frameworks

Execution & Delivery Leadership

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Translate strategy into actionable product plans, requirements, and delivery milestones
  • Drive consistent, high-quality execution across multiple product teams
  • Set planning cadences and ensure accountability to OKRs across teams
  • Escalate and resolve cross-domain delivery issues and systemic risks

People Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers across multiple product areas
  • Establish clear ownership, accountability, and operating standards for product teams
  • Provide structured feedback, career development, and mentorship
  • Build a strong team culture grounded in ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure effective capacity planning, prioritization discipline, and alignment across the team
  • Coach product managers on decision-making, prioritization, and product practices across teams
  • Create stretch opportunities and development paths aligned to business priorities

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Operations, Legal/Compliance, and Business leaders
  • Align stakeholders around priorities, tradeoffs, and sequencing
  • Operate as the single-threaded product leader across multiple teams and domains
  • Facilitate high-stakes discussions and drive alignment across complex stakeholder groups
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to achieve shared outcomes and resolve conflict across teams

Client & Representative Experience

  • Develop deep understanding of client and representative workflows, needs, and pain points
  • Champion simple, intuitive, and scalable experiences
  • Balance experience improvements with operational efficiency and risk requirements
  • Use patterns in client data and feedback to influence decisions beyond immediate team scope
  • Ensure delivered experiences consistently meet defined quality and outcome standards

Product Discovery & Innovation

  • Lead product discovery, experimentation, and validation efforts
  • Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and modernization
  • Leverage emerging technologies to unlock new capabilities and efficiencies
  • Establish consistent experimentation and learning practices across teams
  • Promote adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI) with shared practices and standards

What You’re Good At

  • Strategic leadership & prioritization – Define clear product direction aligned to organizational strategy; make sound decisions in ambiguous or high-stakes situations
  • Cross-team execution & operational excellence – Establish operating cadence (planning, OKRs, delivery health) and drive consistent execution across multiple teams while anticipating systemic risk
  • Systems thinking & enterprise mindset – Understand and manage dependencies across platforms, teams, and workflows to drive scale and efficiency
  • Stakeholder influence & alignment at scale – Lead high-stakes discussions, align senior stakeholders, and resolve competing priorities in complex environments
  • Client-centered decision making – Translate client data, research, and feedback into insights that shape roadmap decisions beyond immediate team scope
  • Coaching & talent development – Build capability across teams by coaching product managers and creating stretch opportunities aligned to business priorities
  • Product discovery & innovation leadership – Scale discovery, experimentation, and adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI) across teams
  • Communication & executive storytelling – Deliver concise, compelling narratives tailored to leadership audiences to enable confident decision-making

What you have


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar)
  • 8–10+ years of product management or related experience
  • Proven experience leading and developing product managers, including coaching beyond direct team scope
  • Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and translate it into measurable outcomes (OKRs, KPIs)
  • Experience setting planning cadences and driving execution across multiple teams or workstreams
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience across Engineering, UX, Operations, and Risk/Compliance in complex environments
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align teams in ambiguous or high-pressure situations
  • Deep expertise in product management practices (roadmapping, discovery, agile, governance) and scaling standards across teams
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills using qualitative and quantitative inputs
  • Experience with complex digital platforms (e.g., onboarding, workflows, integrations)
  • Strong technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering teams and evaluate system trade-offs
  • Experience in fintech and/or financial services

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Track record of building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
