Your Opportunity

Schwab remains committed to providing increased visibility to career growth opportunities and job requirements. This posting announcement is part of increased transparency and while all qualified applicants will be reviewed and considered, this organization has a preferred candidate identified for this role.

The Digital Integrations & Core Experiences Mobile team is responsible for the healthy growth and operation of our fastest-growing digital channel. Our vision is to create a best-in-class mobile experience with a focus on stability, security, and data integrity.

We are seeking a Sr. Specialist, Digital Product Management to support the Digital Retail Mobile Platform Management and Experiences team. This role focuses on execution excellence for smaller-to-mid scale initiatives, platform health operations, and release readiness activities in close partnership with senior Product Owners and technology teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage smaller scale projects and platform enhancements independently; co-manage larger efforts with other Product Owners.
  • Own selected initiatives end-to-end and support larger projects as needed, based on scope and complexity.
  • Facilitate process improvements across backlog hygiene, release planning, and cross-team coordination.
  • Own the end-to-end process for What’s New Cards, including planning, story readiness, and release tracking, release calls, and publishing Drupal assets
  • Plan What’s New Cards/Tool Tips prior to release using a monthly epic structure
  • Manage platform differences across iOS and Android stories; ensure both platforms are represented when applicable, and document exceptions clearly.
  • Support bug triage operations: intake, assignment, prioritization, risk mitigation, and driving closure with partner teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date reporting data for management, including PPI/Priority pages and roadmap updates from reports.
  • Support App Store readiness by coordinating keyword updates, image updates, and wording/content review for both platforms.
  • Participate in feature epic review, production support triage, and attestation of assigned mobile pages.

What you have

Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal stakeholders; experience supporting Agile delivery practices including backlog refinement, story definition, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with defect triage, prioritization, and release-readiness coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Experience documenting business requirements and coordinating across product, technology, and operations partners.
  • Ability to analyze issues, assess impact/risk, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Working knowledge of financial services products and/or regulated environments.

Preferred:

  • Mobile app delivery experience (iOS and Android).
  • Experience with App Store / Play Store metadata and release content updates.
  • Experience supporting roadmap and leadership reporting artifacts.
