As part of Schwab’s AI Strategy & Transformation team (AI.x), you’ll join the central hub for Artificial Intelligence across the company. AI.x brings together product, engineering, strategy, and risk specialists to set enterprise AI vision, invest in transformative opportunities, and accelerate delivery organization-wide. Our team builds the scalable core platform for AI and explores next-generation GenAI initiatives that redefine client experiences.

As a Program Manager supporting Enterprise AI adoption, you will help accelerate how employees and leaders across Schwab translate artificial intelligence capabilities into meaningful business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, enablement, communications, and change management, partnering across business units, technology, governance, legal, compliance, and executive leadership teams to drive responsible AI adoption at scale. You will lead enterprise activation programs, cultivate influential stakeholder networks, develop impactful communications, facilitate adoption-focused workshops, and translate complex priorities into repeatable operating models that enable measurable behavior change. Success in this role requires a combination of strategic thinking, program management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence decision-making in a large, highly regulated environment while helping employees build new skills and confidence with emerging AI technologies.

What you have


Required Qualifcations

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, change management, enterprise enablement, communications, adoption leadership, or related disciplines
  • 10+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups
  • 5+ years of experience influencing senior leaders and executive-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience establishing program governance, operating models, reporting frameworks, and organizational processes
  • Experience managing multiple strategic initiatives with competing priorities, dependencies, and timelines
  • Experience developing executive communications, presentations, or enterprise-wide messaging strategies
  • Experience partnering across business, technology, risk, compliance, and legal functions

Preferred Qualifcations

  • Expertise in Project Management to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Experience applying Change Management practices to accelerate organizational adoption and sustain behavioral change
  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills with the ability to build alignment and influence decision-making across diverse groups
  • Demonstrated Communication and Written Communication capabilities that translate complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance
  • Experience leveraging Generative AI or Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies within enterprise environments
  • Strong Strategic Planning and problem-solving capabilities to navigate ambiguity and define scalable solutions
  • Ability to use Cross-Functional Collaboration to build partnerships and deliver results across organizational boundaries
  • Experience utilizing Metrics Management, Analytics & Reporting, or related capabilities to measure program effectiveness and adoption outcomes
  • Ability to balance governance, risk considerations, and business objectives in a regulated environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
