DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.

The Product Manager for Advisor Services will support the advisor product segment with an emphasis on Schwab core systems and trading platforms. This role will synthesize advisor insights, shape the strategic product roadmap, and support modernization efforts that improve advisor interactions across onboarding, ongoing service, and platform experiences.

What You Are Good At

  • Creating and implementing a product modernization roadmap for Advisor Services that aligns advisor needs, organizational goals, client experience priorities, and Schwab platform strategy.
  • Using advisor feedback, market research, industry trends, and product performance insights to inform product strategy, roadmap decisions, and opportunity prioritization.
  • Partnering across Product, Technology, UX, Program Management, scrum teams, Schwab partners, grants, and client experience stakeholders to define requirements and deliver outcomes.
  • Coordinating release planning with Product Managers, Product Owners, scrum teams, and partner teams, including serving as a subject matter expert for post-deployment certification.
  • Owning the advisor product suite through development, implementation, delivery, and post-launch support.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve advisor interactions with Schwab Charitable systems from onboarding through ongoing service.
  • Supporting compliance, risk management, and reputation protection by helping maintain strong relationships between RIAs, Schwab, and DAFgiving360.
  • Developing strategic recommendations to determine the need and viability of dedicated technology support to enable roadmap delivery.
  • Communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align priorities, decisions, dependencies, and outcomes.

What you have


  • Strong understanding of the Registered Investment Advisor business model.
  • Experience conducting market research, gathering client feedback, analyzing industry trends, and using user feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including program managers, developers, UX designers, and stakeholders, to define product requirements and prioritize features.
  • Experience developing and executing product launch plans, including go-to-market strategies, change management plans, documentation, and training materials.
  • Ability to monitor product performance, track key metrics, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Complete understanding of the SAFe framework and PI planning process.
  • Ability to stay informed about regulations and compliance requirements pertaining to grant management.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and stakeholders in the grants and client experience ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business or Computer Science; (Master's degree is a plus)
  • SAFe Agile Certified PO/PM or SAFe Certified Agilist 
  • Agile mindset and ability to lead a group of cross-functional teams and drive success through iterations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
