People Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop Product Owners, Product Managers, and related technology professionals.

  • Build organizational capabilities aligned to future business and technology needs.

  • Assess skill gaps and create development opportunities through coaching, stretch assignments, mentoring, and succession planning.

  • Manage performance and talent planning while supporting employee engagement and retention.

Organizational Leadership

  • Translate enterprise strategy into actionable priorities for teams.

  • Lead through organizational change while maintaining clarity, alignment, and focus.

  • Build strong partnerships across Corporate Risk Management, Technology, Data, Compliance, and Operations.
