Own and drive quality strategy for Business Process Management (BPM) workflows, ensuring scalability, resilience, and regulatory compliance.
Lead automation-first initiatives, embedding test automation and build/release certifications into CI/CD pipelines to reduce cycle time and manual risk.
Act as a technical mentor and go-to specialist, guiding peers on QA best practices, DevOps patterns, and automation frameworks.
Partner effectively with Application Architects, multiple Scrum teams, and Business stakeholders to resolve complex issues and deliver high-quality releases on time.
Demonstrate decision-making authority, prioritizing work based on client impact, platform risk, and delivery commitments.
