As an International Client Services ECG Sr Specialist, you will take inbound chats and secure messages from international and domestic clients with all a full range of service and trading needs. You will work on a collaborative, growing team in a fast-paced environment to assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options in addition to general account servicing inquiries. The Sr Specialist role will also include sharing your trading, service, and professional knowledge with the team in various formal and informal settings, including peer mentoring opportunities. Your skills will also be utilized to interact with clients in their preferred language. The relationships that you create and uphold will have a direct impact as you aid our clients and your teammates to “Own Their Tomorrow.”

What you have

Required Qualifications:

• Current and active FINRA Series 7, 63, 9 and 10 licenses.
• Read and write at a professional level in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 3 years experience serving TD/Schwab International clients with issues such as W8s, new account requirements, policies, procedures, etc.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Genesys in ECG/eServices, including MCT experience.
• Flexible and able to work chats, secure messages, or administrative / supervisory tasks as business needs change.
• Some experience leading teams short term, such as ATM assignments.
• Illustrated ability to leverage the Edge conversation model to maximize client satisfaction.
• Demonstrated excellence in key phone and/or ECG performance indicators (ECG professionals preferred).
• High level risk awareness to identify written complaint language hidden in interactions.
• Active leader and contributor in meetings and team chats, with a desire to contribute to team engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in client facing customer service roles.
• High flexibility in shift times as business needs change. Chat lines are open from 5:00am -10:59pm CT.
• A passion to continually expand and share your knowledge of personal finance, US and foreign markets, Schwab International products and services, and the needs of our diverse international client base.
• Resilience to help achieve client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
