Workplace Service Sales & Field Enablement is a multi-faceted organization which supports frontline professionals and a variety of internal partners through Field Enablement, Field Communications, Workplace Service Knowledge Management, CRM Strategy, and Data Analytics. Within the broader org, the Workplace Services Sales and Field Enablement team is responsible for partnering across lines of businesses, product owners, and integration managers on the development and execution of support strategies for initiatives impacting client-facing professionals.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Communications Strategy, this role helps develop and execute the Workplace Services Sales and Field Enablement intake strategy and manages how initiatives impact the field.
What You’ll Do
The Sr. Manager, Field Impact Lead oversees initiative impact assessment and portfolio prioritization, providing Workplace Services field leaders with a comprehensive view of projects impacting their businesses. You will work cross‑functionally across Workplace Services and Schwab to ensure alignment and input across assessment, prioritization, tracking, and reporting.
Intake & Prioritization Support
- Develop and execute the strategy for the Sales & Field Enablement intake.
- Partner with initiative owners to gather the right inputs for effective assessment and planning.
- Help disposition and prioritize requests based on impact, readiness, capacity, and business priorities.
- Enable consistent decision‑making by applying clear frameworks and criteria.
- Help leaders understand cumulative impact and sequencing to reduce change fatigue and execution risk.
Cross‑Functional Partnership
- Work cross‑functionally with product, operations, technology, risk, communications, learning, and enablement partners.
- Provide strategic and tactical input to ensure initiatives are structured for successful field adoption.
- Serve as a connector between initiative teams and field leadership to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
- Visibility, Tracking & Reporting
- Provide Workplace Services field leaders with a clear, consolidated view of initiatives impacting their business through a field impact calendar.
- Support tracking and reporting of initiative status, timing, and field readiness.
- Surface risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs to support proactive decision‑making.
Field Readiness & Execution Enablement
- Partner with communications, training, and enablement teams to support effective rollout planning.
- Help ensure initiatives are sequenced and activated in a way the field can absorb and execute.
- Reinforce a disciplined, repeatable approach to managing change across the field.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonuses or incentive opportunities.
