As a Senior Manager of the Advisor Services Offer Development team, you will lead projects focused on driving the strategic design and execution of new initiatives for the business. This individual contributor role will partner with functional leaders across AS and Schwab to assess strategic opportunities and investments, scope and model potential client and business outcomes, bring new offers to market, and incubate new programs.

What you have
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, offer management, program management, project management, and/or strategic execution roles.
- 2+ years of experience within the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and/or Wealth Management industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing strategic points of view (POVs), building compelling business cases, and leading large-scale, complex go-to-market initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver strategic initiatives that achieve measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, a related field; or equivalent experience
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
