The Fraud Model Documentation Manager is responsible for leading the creation, maintenance, quality assurance, and governance of documentation supporting the Fraud Modeling portfolio. This role serves as the central coordinator between model owners, model developers, model validators, and business stakeholders to ensure all fraud models are supported by complete, accurate, and audit-ready documentation throughout the model lifecycle.
The position drives consistency across model whitepapers, technical papers, and other oversight and regulatory deliverables. The individual will manage documentation timelines, enhance and execute internal quality assurance, and ensure fraud modeling artifacts meet model risk management, regulatory, and internal governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end documentation process for the fraud modeling portfolio.
- Ensure model whitepapers, technical papers, annual reviews, and supporting artifacts are complete, accurate, and compliant with governance requirements.
- Maintain documentation inventories and version control across all fraud models.
- Coordinate documentation updates resulting from model upgrades, recalibrations, incidents, validations, and annual reviews.
- Maintain documentation roadmaps and production schedules with regular status reports to leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for documentation-related inquiries across the fraud modeling organization.
- Establish controls and quality assurance reviews for model documentation.
- Identify opportunities to automate documentation workflows and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce administrative burden on model developers while enhancing governance effectiveness.
What you have

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in fraud analytics and/or model risk management working with model documentation and model lifecycle management
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional written communication and editing capabilities.
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
