Schwab Investment Platforms, Solutions, and Strategy brings together investment platforms, product solutions, and strategy teams to shape a modern, scalable investment product ecosystem. Within this organization, the Managed Account Offers team guides the end-to-end strategy and ongoing evolution of Schwab’s proprietary separately managed account solutions.

As Senior Manager, Proprietary Managed Account Offers, you will help define product strategy, translate market and client insights into actionable roadmaps, and lead strategic initiatives from development through execution. You will evaluate trends, financial metrics, competitive positioning, pricing, and business tradeoffs to prioritize enhancements that strengthen client value and support sustainable growth.

Success will require thoughtful problem solving, sound decision-making, and adaptability in a dynamic environment. You will build collaborative relationships across Asset Management, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Technology to influence priorities, navigate competing perspectives, and deliver meaningful outcomes for Schwab clients.

What you have

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, product development, or offer management
• Demonstrated Strategic Thinking and Product Strategy skills, including translating a vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes
• Demonstrated Data Analysis and Problem Solving skills used to evaluate client needs, financial information, market trends, and business impacts
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including managing multiple priorities and delivering work within established deadlines
• Ability to apply Decision Making skills when evaluating tradeoffs, risks, and competing business priorities
• Strong written and verbal Communication skills, including developing recommendations and presenting to executive audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced business experience
• Experience within financial services or a consulting firm
• Experience supporting separately managed accounts or other investment management products
• Ability to apply Product Management and Market Analysis skills to product positioning, pricing, enhancements, and lifecycle decisions
• Ability to use Stakeholder Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration skills to build consensus and influence partners
• Adaptability when responding to changing priorities, evolving market conditions, and ambiguous business challenges
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
• Experience developing business cases and translating complex analysis into clear, compelling recommendations

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
