The Margin Services group protects the both the brokerage firm and the bank from risk exposure, oversees compliance with regulations outlined by both the firm and regulatory bodies, and accurately interprets regulations and communicates to customers firm policy regarding regulatory requirements.
Margin Services is seeking a Senior Team Manager, to oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and to manage a team of Margin Operations Specialists responsible for ensuring that all aspects of margin lending and related trading rules are enforced as well as ensuring continued success of the team as excellent business partner throughout the firm.
What you have
To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of industry experience including 2 or more as a people leader.
- Series 7 and Series 9/10 or Series 24 required at time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree preferred.
- Strong leadership, motivational and coaching skills with ability to drive results and develop employees.
- A history of integrating and building teams of people with diverse skill sets and experience levels.
- Proven experience working collaboratively, improving productivity and implementing ideas.
- Consistent demonstration of excellent oral and written communication skills
- An in-depth understanding of lending rules and formulas
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
