In this role, you will be a strategic connector across Learning Solutions, partnering with Learning Consulting, Design, and Delivery teams to drive alignment, insights, and enterprise-wide learning capabilities. You will also build strong relationships with business learning teams, helping identify opportunities, share best practices, and translate data into decisions that improve learning effectiveness and impact.

You will help shape the future of learning at Schwab by connecting strategy, analytics, operations, and business needs across the enterprise. This role partners across teams to translate insights into action through learning strategies, dashboards, business cases, roadmaps, and system requirements that improve decision-making and drive measurable outcomes. As a key liaison to the Workforce Intelligence Team (WIT) and HR Product Management (HRPM), you will represent Learning Solutions' priorities, translate business needs into analytics and platform requirements, and help connect enterprise capabilities to learning outcomes. You will also establish scalable processes, governance practices, and communication channels that strengthen collaboration, knowledge sharing, and execution across Learning Solutions and business learning teams.

Success in this role requires strong analytical and strategic thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to influence across functions. By identifying trends, surfacing opportunities, and connecting people, data, systems, and practices, you will help increase the effectiveness, consistency, and business impact of learning while enabling Learning Solutions to operate as a true enterprise learning organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience translating business needs into analytics, measurement strategies, business requirements, and actionable recommendations, including the ability to identify what data is needed, where it resides, and how it can be used to inform decisions and evaluate business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills, with experience synthesizing complex data from multiple sources into meaningful insights, trends, recommendations to evaluate learning effectiveness and business impact.
  • Experience serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical or specialized teams, translating business requirements into analytics, reporting, measurement, and system enhancement needs while building alignment across multiple functions.
  • Experience working with learning, talent, workforce, HR, or operational data and a strong understanding of how measurement and evaluation can be used to improve organizational capability and performance.
  • Strong data visualization, communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to produce executive-ready dashboards, presentations, business cases, roadmaps, and leadership communications to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders, including business leaders, learning teams, analytics partners, and product management teams, to deliver shared outcomes in a complex organizational environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience applying performance metrics to assess organizational capability, program effectiveness, or business outcomes.
  • Ability to use problem solving and decision making to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and complex business needs.
  • Demonstrated adaptability when balancing near-term requirements with longer-term strategic objectives.
  • Experience developing executive-ready business cases, strategic roadmaps, implementation plans, or recommendations that influence organizational priorities and investment decisions.
  • Confidence presenting recommendations, insights, and strategies to leaders and executive audiences.
  • Experience supporting enterprise learning strategy, governance, or operating models, including the development of scalable processes, shared solutions, collaboration mechanisms, and measurement frameworks.
  • Experience establishing repeatable processes, governance practices, or operating rhythms that improve consistency, adoption, and execution across multiple teams.
  • Ability to identify and advance Process Improvement opportunities using operational data, stakeholder feedback, or project retrospectives.
