At Schwab, the Transformation Solutions Platform (TSP) team drives enterprise-scale change across Operational Services. The myQ Platform is central to Schwab’s Smart Processing strategy, enabling scalable, automated, and transparent case management solutions that enhance client, advisor, and employee experiences.

As a Senior Product Owner on the myQ Platform, you will own platform health, roadmap execution, and ongoing enhancement delivery. You will partner closely with business and technology leaders to translate enterprise needs into scalable platform capabilities while driving Agile delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilites: 

• Define and execute the myQ platform vision, roadmap, and backlog in partnership with platform, business, and technology leaders.
• Translate business needs into clear epics, stories, and priorities to drive Agile delivery and platform evolution.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring end‑to‑end solutions meet enterprise needs and architecture standards.
• Lead quarterly planning, intake, and prioritization across projects, capabilities, and platform health.
• Ensure platform stability, release readiness, and continuous improvement through hands‑on ownership and issue resolution.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Pega myQ or comparable case management platforms.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience supporting Agile delivery and enterprise platforms.
• Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial services experience preferred.
