We’re seeking a Senior Team Manager to lead our Global Investing Services (GIS) team—a role ideal for a people‑focused leader who thrives on coaching, developing talent, and driving excellence in a dynamic trading environment.
Schwab International’s Global Investing Services team supports retail clients with their international investing needs, specializing in foreign equity trading. The team delivers high‑quality service through inbound and outbound calls and email interactions, helping clients confidently navigate global markets.
As a Senior Team Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of trading professionals
- Ensure the team remains current on global market practices, trading rules, and regulatory requirements
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and exceptional client service
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to strengthen operational excellence and client outcomes

What you have
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Licenses:
- Series 7
- Series 63 (or equivalent)
- Series 9
- Series 10
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of people leadership experience
- 5+ years of client service experience with strong securities industry knowledge
- Series 3
- Series 24
- Deep understanding of foreign equity trading rules, international client requirements, jurisdictional governance, and product limitations for non‑U.S. clients
- Strong knowledge of trading mechanics across equities, currencies, and global markets
- Proven strength in complex problem resolution with a client‑first mindset
- Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively, act with urgency, and exercise sound judgment in a fast‑paced environment
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
