Your Opportunity

At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career.  Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us “challenge the status quo” and transform the finance industry together.

We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location.

The Partner Support team (PS) plays a critical role in partnering with the Retail Branch Network, Independent Branches, and Schwab Wealth Advisory to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. Partner Support manages a broad range of operational and service needs, from routine requests to complex and highly escalated situations. The team serves as the end-to-end owner for branch requests, bringing a high level of accountability, follow-through, and communication to each interaction. Through Salesforce cases, internal hotline support, chat, and direct client contact, the team helps drive timely resolution and confidence in the support model. This is a high-impact environment where strong partnership, sound judgment, and exceptional communication directly influence the client and partner experience.

As a Partner Support Senior Manager, you will lead at the intersection of people, performance, partnership and client impact. This role is about building an engaged and high-performing team while delivering an exceptional experience for clients and internal partners. You will set clear priorities, coach and develop talent, manage performance and capacity, and create a culture rooted in accountability and continuous improvement. You will use data, business insight and sound judgment to assess performance, identify risks, and turn insights into action. This role also requires strong cross-functional leadership. You will work closely with teams across service, operations, risk and the branch network while building trusted relationships with peer leaders and senior leadership. Success requires the ability to balance people leadership, service delivery, operational risk and changing business priorities in a fast-moving environment.
