As a Senior Team Manager in our Client Service & Support (CS&S) Core Electronic Communications Group, you will lead a team responsible for servicing our diverse clients’ brokerage needs via chat, email and “as needed” phone support. - Work collaboratively with other managers and leadership in cross-departmental projects and initiatives to improve the organization and the chat business model
- Act as a clear extension of the senior leadership team and serves as a culture champion
What you have
Required qualifications:
- Active FINRA Series 7, 63, and 9/10 or 24 licenses
- 2 years of experience in ECG
- 4 years of experience in financial services
- 2 years of supervisory/management experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
