Advisor Services is the leading provider of custodial, trading, technology and practice management offerings for registered independent advisory firms. We provide access to sophisticated wealth-management services that help more than 16,000 registered independent investment advisors attract and retain affluent clients, as well as profitably grow, compete and succeed in their business efforts.
The Sr. Manager, Advisor Services Recognition Programs, is an individual contributor position, reporting to the Director, Executive Planning and Employee Experience. This person leads the strategy, design, and execution of recognition and appreciation programs across Advisor Services, ensuring employees are consistently recognized for their contributions to business priorities. The Sr. Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy, manages the budget, and drives continuous improvement across a growing portfolio of programs. This individual will have the following responsibilities:
In this role you will:
- Ensure employees are recognized by our formal programs and truly go beyond performance expectations
- Strong commitment to nurturing a recognition culture, including willingness to recommend new approaches and procedures to enable continuous improvement
- Coordinate on-site logistics and meeting content for client-facing employees All Hands meetings or events, leader roundtable discussions, particularly when those events are culture-building, appreciation or recognition-focused.
- Develop or leverage existing feedback channels to determine how any recognition or appreciation programs could be improved.
- Author internal communications to announce upcoming recognition events, support leaders with recognition best practice strategies, and announce any formal recognition program results.
- Track recognition communications impacts and reward program history for engagement and creating efficiencies
- Manage recognition program budget, complete expense submissions in a timely manner, coordinate as needed with Finance and Accounts Payable to track recognition program spending patterns.
- The individual in this role must have the ability to build relationships across departments and with leaders in the organization.
- Ability to develop and execute communication strategies that drive recognition program awareness for the intended audiences.
- Strong detail orientation, ensuring quality and meeting deliverable deadlines consistently.\
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence, diplomacy, maturity and business savvy are required to effectively facilitate dialogue and decision making
- Creativity in approach to modern and varied recognition methods
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and integrity
What you have
To ensure that we fulfill our promise of " challenging the status quo " this role has specific qualifications that successful should have.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of programming or project management experience
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery and communications along the way
- Ability to track and monitor progress, define key indicators of success and report status
- Proficiency in designing visually appealing materials, using tools such as PowerPoint, Word, infographic software, video editing a plus
