Schwab Advisor Services is the leading provider of custodial, operational, and trading support for independent fee-based investment advisors. We're currently looking for dedicated individuals like you to help us provide financial advisors with access to sophisticated tools and wealth-management services. What you will do:
- Complete a variety of system set-up and support tasks that enable Advisors and vendors with accessing master account data via Schwab Advisor Center.
- Handle data fulfillment requests from internal business partners.
- Manage and prioritize incoming tasks from multiple queues, meeting service level agreements.
- Respond directly to client and business partner inquiries over the phone and via email communications.
- Provide problem resolution to Advisors and business partners in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Work in a small, highly collaborative team environment of professionals.
- Lead by example and set a high standard for the rest of the team.
- Manage and assist with special projects and collaborate with other teams and business partners.
What you have
To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years customer service experience, preferably in the brokerage/financial industry.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in Advisor Platform Support, and knowledge of their processes.
- CRM Experience – advanced experience with SalesForce is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of computer desktop and network environments including operating systems, peripherals, and navigating through software, demonstrated through experience and/or education.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to manage changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Identifies opportunities for business development and takes appropriate action.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist with issues as they come up.
- Comfort working with internal partners and clients

Hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Monday – Friday.
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
