As a Senior Team Manager, Early Talent, you will lead the Early Career Talent function and shape the strategy and execution of full lifecycle recruiting for early career programs. This role is critical to building a strong and diverse pipeline of future leaders through scalable, innovative approaches grounded in exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Lead and evolve Early Career Talent strategy, leveraging Strategic Planning, Talent Acquisition, and Business Acumen to align recruiting programs with enterprise workforce priorities.
- Design and execute scalable attraction strategies using insights from Analytics & Reporting and market trends to inform near- and long-term talent needs.
- Drive continuous evolution of recruiting practices through Process Improvement to ensure efficient, inclusive, and high-impact hiring outcomes.
University & External Partnerships
- Develop and sustain strategic university relationships using Strategic Partnerships and Stakeholder Management to strengthen the early career pipeline.
- Expand diverse talent pipelines and enhance candidate engagement through Candidate Sourcing and inclusive outreach strategies aligned with Fostering Diversity.
Candidate Experience & Selection Excellence
- Ensure high-quality hiring outcomes through structured assessments, including Candidate Interviews and strong evaluation frameworks.
- Champion a best-in-class candidate experience, grounded in strong Communication and thoughtful engagement across all touchpoints.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
- Build strong partnerships across business leaders, HR, and TA using Stakeholder Management, Executive Presence, and effective Communication.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into actionable recruiting strategies through strong Business Acumen and consultative engagement.
People Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering capability growth through Leadership and Developing Others.
- Create an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement aligned with enterprise values.
Program Execution & Delivery
- Oversee execution of multiple initiatives and programs using strong Project Management and disciplined delivery practices.
- Track and communicate program outcomes (hiring, diversity, retention, and strategic initiatives) leveraging Analytics & Reporting to drive data-informed decisions.
What you have
To ensure we fulfill our promise of “challenging the status quo”, this role has specific qualifications candidates should have for success:
Required Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, early career programs, or related talent initiatives.
- 3–5 years of people leadership experience demonstrating strength in Leadership and Developing Others.
- Deep expertise in early career recruiting, including Candidate Sourcing, Candidate Interviews, and partnership-driven talent strategies.
- Strong Business Acumen with the ability to translate enterprise needs into scalable workforce solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leaders with confidence and clarity, supported by strong Executive Presence and Communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs using Project Management and Process Improvement methodologies.
- Experience building strategic relationships across institutions using Strategic Partnerships and Stakeholder Management.
- Experience leveraging data to inform decisions and improve outcomes using Analytics & Reporting.
