The SWA Client and Offer Experience team defines and evolves the end-to-end experiences that shape how Schwab Wealth Advisory (“SWA”) clients engage with the offer and how employees deliver it. Team members are responsible for bringing the SWA value proposition to life by translating strategic priorities into experiences, processes, and capabilities that drive meaningful outcomes for clients, advisors, and the business.
The team partners across Wealth and Advice Solutions, Investor Services, Operations, Marketing, Technology, and other enterprise partners to translate client needs, field insights, business priorities, and data into strategic initiatives that improve offer delivery, strengthen the advisor and client experience, and drive measurable business outcomes.
As a Senior Manager, you will:
- Advance SWA offer experience strategy by identifying opportunities to improve the client and advisor experience, strengthen offer delivery, and support business growth.
- Translate insights from clients, client-facing teams, business data, and market trends into clear problem statements, actionable recommendations, and prioritized initiatives.
- Manage a portfolio of multiple high-priority initiatives, balancing competing priorities, resources, timelines, and dependencies to focus on the highest-value opportunities.
- Lead projects cross-functionally and across multiple enterprises to drive execution from concept through implementation, managing trade-offs and key decisions, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
- Influence senior stakeholders through concise, leadership-ready materials and thoughtful change leadership.
- Define success measures, evaluate outcomes, and leverage results to inform future enhancements and strategic decisions.

- Use data to inform decisions, leveraging insights, analytics, and client feedback to identify opportunities, prioritize enhancements, and evaluate success.
- Simplify complexity, translating nuanced challenges into clear, actionable solutions (while balancing innovation and practicality) that stakeholders can understand and support.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence, tailoring messages for executive leaders, cross-functional partners, and frontline teams.
- Take ownership and drive outcomes, proactively identifying opportunities, solving problems, and delivering results in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
What you have
This role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have including:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in offer experience, offer/product management, internal strategy roles, strategy consulting, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, or advisory solutions
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable business results
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into clear, concise narratives that lead to business action
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment across diverse teams and organizational levels
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level, narrative-based presentations that provide a clear recommendation and path forward
- A comfort for ambiguity paired with a curious and continuous-learning mindset
