Your Opportunity

At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us “challenge the status quo” and transform the finance industry together.

We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location.

Our Opportunity

The financial services industry is evolving rapidly, with frequent regulatory updates, product changes, and shifting business priorities requiring timely and precise updates to marketing materials. To operate at speed while remaining fully compliant, Schwab must have clear ownership, strong orchestration, and disciplined execution across content and disclosures.

The Product Marketing team is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Marketing Operations to own the intake, triage, coordination, and tracking of product, disclosure, and marketing-asset changes so updates are delivered accurately, consistently, and on time—with appropriate risk oversight.

You will act as the central point of coordination between Product Marketing and key partners (Enterprise teams, Product, Digital, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and 1RMO) to keep marketing materials current and aligned to enterprise standards.

This is a highly cross-functional role that brings structure to complex change and improves transparency, accountability, and execution discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a centralized intake (“front door”) for disclosure-, product-, and business-driven marketing changes; triage requests and set clear expectations.

  • Assess scope and impact: identify affected content, channels, and assets; surface risks, dependencies, and sequencing needs early.

  • Plan and orchestrate enterprise-wide marketing change execution, including launches, updates, and retirement of marketing assets.

  • Maintain an integrated change calendar; track work, resolve conflicts, and escalate resourcing or timing risks.

  • Clarify and validate requirements with requestors, Marketing Product Owners, and Risk/Compliance/Legal partners; document approvals before execution.

  • Assign work to the right content owners/partners; monitor progress and ensure quality, consistency, and compliance.

  • Provide concise status reporting, forecasting, and insights on workload, bottlenecks, and emerging risks.

  • Document processes, roles, and governance to improve repeatability and long-term sustainability.
