As Trader Sales evolves, scaling our learning capabilities is critical to delivering consistent, high-quality client experiences. This role sits at the intersection of trading expertise, content creation, and learning delivery—driving scalable solutions for Trader Sales teams. You will build and deliver impactful learning experiences while supporting end-to-end processes, including strategy, development, compliance, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Trader Sales teams to assess needs and translate them into effective learning solutions
- Shape content strategy and planning, aligning deliverables to business priorities
- Design and deliver Trader Sales learning content including digital modules, instructor-led training, and job aids
- Develop scripts, presentations, and digital assets using Microsoft 365 tools; Adobe Creative Cloud, Learning Management tools, and Schwab allowed Artificial Intelligence tools.
- Build and maintain knowledge management systems to improve content accessibility and consistency
- Collaborate across stakeholders to continuously enhance learning effectiveness and user experience
- Support supervisory and compliance review processes to ensure training materials meet required standards
- Build foundational skills to deliver engaging training experiences
What you have
To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
Required Qualifications:
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 required
- Series 9/10 or 24 preferred, but not required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Trader 3 knowledge of trading concepts and products, as well as client and representative needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear content
- Experience creating and delivering training content (presentations, digital media, or instructional materials) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in regulated or compliance-driven processes
- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn content development tools and learning design practices
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
