DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.

Our opportunity:

DAFgiving360’s Service & Operations team delivers the end-to-end service experience and operational execution that supports our clients, advisors, charities, and partners. Within the organization, the Grants team enables our mission processing donor grant recommendations accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with eligibility, due diligence, and regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the Sr. Grants Manager, the Manager (IC) supports the Sr. Manager and the team by navigating complex issues, demonstrating consistent leadership, providing coaching and developmental feedback, and monitoring team queues to ensure appropriate coverage throughout the day. This role also assists with grants processing during peak periods, collaborates closely with other Managers across Service & Operations, and serves as acting team manager when the Sr. Manager is unavailable.

What you are good at:

• Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting and creative problem-solving (e.g., critical thinking, analysis, logic)
• Effective communication (e.g., ability to build relationships, speak confidently, and communicate ideas to others, including across other departments/levels across the organization)
• Leading team meetings that align with team/department/organizational goals, initiatives, and priorities
• Complaint and complex problem resolution, ability to analyze root causes to ensure errors are not duplicated
• SME for Department-Led Initiatives, policies, procedures, and other efforts
• Maintain a heightened awareness of fraud and risk issues pertaining to all facets of our department while presenting and implementing proactive solutions
• Participating in and supporting organizational wide strategic projects and initiatives

What you have

• BA/BS degree – preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience with DAFgiving360 highly desired
• Well-developed time management skills with the ability to organize, manage and juggle competing priorities
• Growth Mindset: positive attitude, enthusiastic, professional, and a high level of integrity and ethics
• Networks with leaders across teams to resolve issues, gain information, and influence outcomes
• Quickly identifies the central or underlying issues in a complex situation
