Digital Rep Solutions (DRS) is Schwab’s product organization focused on transforming the tools, workflows, and experiences that empower client-facing representatives across Service, Sales, and Advice. The team leads enterprise initiatives that simplify rep workflows, embed AI and automation into daily tasks, and drive scalable, compliant innovation to enhance both rep productivity and client outcomes.

As a Manager (Individual Contributor) in Digital Rep Solutions for Enterprise AI & Product Tooling, individuals will have responsibility for accelerating Schwab’s adoption of AI-driven solutions within the DRS organization. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy and emerging AI technology adoption, focusing on two critical areas:

  • Enterprise AI Agents: Support the development of internal AI agents that automate routine workflows in a safe, compliant You’ll work with business and tech teams to turn legacy manual processes into agentic actions that consistently follow Schwab’s policies and procedures – saving time and enabling reps to focus on value-added conversations and tasks.
  • AI Tools: Serve as a champion in our Center of Excellence for Product (COE4P), helping product teams build confidence and capability with enterprise-approved AI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot). We have cutting-edge AI tools available; your mission is to help our teams use them effectively. You will assist with upskilling efforts and act as one of the key SMEs, ensuring that employees can leverage AI to work “smarter, not harder.”

This is a unique opportunity to play a hands-on role in Schwab’s AI transformation – improving operational efficiency and employee experience by weaving AI into the fabric of how our product organization works. You’ll work with a dynamic team driving Generative AI, AI Agents, Rep platform, and knowledge management projects, backed by executive support. Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Product Development Support: Collaborate with product leaders to design and deliver Enterprise AI Agents for routine, high-volume tasks. Document requirements, map workflows, and ensure compliance
  • Process to Agent Translation: Work with SMEs and operations to convert existing processes into agent-executable workflows using process maps and decision tables
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Service teams to build safeguards and address stakeholder concerns during AI development and rollout
  • AI Tooling SME & Advocate: Serve as an internal expert in DRS for Schwab’s approved AI tools, share best practices, and encourage adoption
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Gather user feedback on AI agents and tools, monitor adoption, and recommend improvements or new use cases
  • Knowledge Sharing & Documentation: Maintain clear documentation, playbooks, and internal guides; contribute to COE4P SharePoint and communications on AI progress
  • Change Agent: Liaise between Product and partners to promote responsible AI adoption, address concerns, and support cultural integration of AI

Strategic Platforms & Technical Environment:

This role operates within the following platform ecosystem. Deep expertise is not required, but familiarity and willingness to learn quickly is essential:

  • Salesforce Agentforce — CRM-native AI agent framework for Branch Service Request automation (Brownfield architecture, custom objects)
  • Google Vertex AI — Multi-agent orchestration platform with A2A protocol and GenAI Evaluation Service
  • MCP (Model Context Protocol) — Integration backbone for agent tool calling
  • GitHub Copilot & Copilot Studio — AI-assisted development and workflow automation for Product and Business partners
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot — AI productivity tools across the Microsoft suite
  • Jira / SAFe — Delivery framework with PI planning, sprint cadence, and structured story templates
  • Confluence — Knowledge management and documentation platform

What you have


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in product management or digital transformation, ideally including enterprise software implementation or process improvement. Experience with complex operational processes is a plus
  • AI & Tech Fluency: Comfortable with AI tools and concepts; able to use Copilot and communicate with technical teams. Quick learner with a passion for emerging tech
  • Product Mindset: Skilled at gathering requirements, defining user stories, and driving iterative development. Prioritizes end-user experience and business value
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong communicator able to bridge technical and business teams across functions. Confident leading meetings, training, and knowledge sessions
  • Change Management: Experience supporting teams through change, with empathy and patience. Prior involvement in enablement programs or Centers of Excellence is valued
  • Analytical & Results-Driven: Uses data to measure impact and identify opportunities for AI solutions (e.g., faster processing, better employee satisfaction)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; continuous learning and relevant certifications are welcome but not required

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
