Support final Criticality recommendations and prepare all related materials for senior leadership and risk committee approval.
Executive & Committee‑Level Reporting
Develop materials and reporting to support senior leadership, risk subcommittees, and director‑level governance forums related to Critical third‑party identification, risk posture, and performance. Prepare clear, well‑structured summaries, presentations, and supporting documentation that enable informed decision‑making and approvals.
Critical Third‑Party Resiliency & Recovery Planning Support
Support the development, coordination, and annual maintenance of Critical third‑party recovery and exit strategies. Coordinate stakeholders from initial kickoff through review and approval, ensuring required documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with enterprise operational resilience objectives.
Audit, Testing & Governance Support
Support internal audit, IAD testing activities, and other independent testing groups by providing documentation, analysis, and responses related to Critical third‑party methodology, risk assessments, and resiliency planning. Track issues, support remediation efforts, and ensure timely follow‑through on required actions.
Reporting, Dashboards & Data Management
