MFO is made up of several cross-functional teams that handle multiple functions within Mutual Fund Operations. Including, but not limited to: Trading, Dividends, Corporate Actions, Contracts and fund adds, SWEEP processing and 529 Operations. Individuals in this role must have the ability to maintain a good working relationship with internal business partners and external vendors.  A successful candidate will be adaptable to change and work collaboratively with cross-location business partners.

The Business Analysis will be responsible for designing modernized solutions that drive business decision making, business strategy and process improvement as well as project management. The individual in this role will be responsible for being one of the main points of contact with our internal technology and platform support partners. As well as testing all installs in UAT and production. They will also be responsible for various strategy, modernization and transformation initiatives across all of MFO.

What you are good at:

  • Serving as a key point of contact for system issues, troubleshooting, and platform support
  • Partnering with technology teams to gather requirements, support testing, and improve processes
  • Using data, tools, and business knowledge to provide clear insights and recommendations
  • Managing project documentation, timelines, meetings, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications
  • Collaborating with leaders and teams to identify gaps, support strategy, and drive business improvements

What you have

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 + years’ financial services experience
  • Experience in creating and managing project documentation

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn new things
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for delivering business insights and analytics
  • Well-organized with good time management skills
  • Self-starter and proven ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Team player with an ability to work across all levels of an organization

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
