The Director, Trading Products & Client Experience will partner with multiple product teams to strengthen domain understanding and solution quality when our business trading products intersect with complex client behavior, operations, markets, or regulatory environments. This role focuses on enabling teams to navigate complexity efficiently and build durable capabilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Team Enablement:
    Partner early in discovery and solution shaping to shorten learning curves on high-complexity initiatives. Clarify constraints, implications, and repeatable patterns.
  • Domain Expertise:
    Apply practical expertise across client and advisor workflows, trading and market mechanics, and operational scaling and exception handling.
  • Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory Partnership:
    Translate regulatory intent into product-relevant guidance. Collaborate as interpretations evolve and anticipate evidentiary expectations.
  • Knowledge Building:
    Capture and scale reusable patterns and lessons learned to reduce repeated relearning and increase organizational domain fluency.
  • Data-Informed Thinking:
    Leverage data to validate assumptions and understand scale. Partner with analytics teams when deeper insights are required.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Operations, Client Service, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Analytics. Enable teams to engage the right partners early and navigate complex challenges with reduced friction.

What you have


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on trading experience
  • Deep subject matter expertise in equities, options, margin, and portfolio margin trading
  • 10+ years of experience in complex product, operational, trading, or servicing environments
  • Experience within regulated financial services, specifically trading product environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority
  • Strong judgment, clear communication skills, and data fluency
  • Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 or 66 licenses

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior or current direct people leadership experience
  • Experience operating at the Director level with responsibility for strategy and execution
