 We are looking for a dynamic Director of Business Strategy, Finance role to support the Chief Financial Officer. The Director will provide strategic thought partnership and execution across all of Finance’s core functions of Enterprise Finance, Treasury, Finance Risk, Controller, FIT, and Investor Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate meetings (regular leadership team meetings, offsites, all-hands meetings, etc.), including curating agenda topics
  • Provides administrative management for Finance interns, including onboarding, scheduling, performance administration, and overall program coordination, while daytoday work direction is led by assigned project leaders.
  • Develop and collate content for various internal presentations and discussions
  • Serve as central point of coordination for Finance Leadership team (9 individuals), connecting appropriate points of contact, consulting on initiatives, and providing thought partnership and execution as needed
  • Act as Corporate Real Estate Liaison, including moves/restacks, HWF and other seating needs for Finance
  • Work with corporate communications partner and the FEED Communications team to drive and deliver key messaging/news to various populations in Finance including the senior leadership team, People Leaders, and the broader organization
  • Partner with the FEED Awards, Involvement & Recognition (AIR) team to support our corporate recognition process and our Finance Recognition of Excellence program
  • Field questions and concerns from Finance leadership (directors, MDs) and broader Finance population to help driver strategic vision for the organization
  • Strategic thought partnership and execution
  • Approval delegate as appropriate
  • Project/program management as assigned

What you have


Required Experience:

  • 7+ years Financial Services industry experience; relevant strategy and/or project management experience
  • Leadership and relationship-building skills, including ability to influence and drive decisions across all levels of the organization
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tracks of work that vary in scope and complexity simultaneously
  • Mastery in creating and communicating executive-level materials to tell a compelling story and drive leadership decisions
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Experience:

  • Agility to thrive in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment, including the ability to make significant progress with minimal direction and adjust priorities
  • Strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines with little supervision
  • Strong sense of urgency and proactive approach
