The Financial Solutions Branch (FSB) is a segment of the Workplace and Centralized Solutions (WCS) organization. FSB provides a dedicated relationship model that serves mass affluent retail investors.
In FSB, we have a unique opportunity to assist clients who don’t live within proximity to a physical branch. We also cater to clients who prefer to conduct business over the phone, as meetings are held either on the phone or by video conference technology. Whether it’s retirement planning, charitable giving, estate planning, active investing or managing banking and lending needs, Investor Services can help.

Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is passionate about ‘Seeing through the clients eyes’, advocates for our centralized team with business partners, and is a reliable resource for our branch managers. This includes ensuring teams are compliant with risk management initiatives and providing operational and administrative support. We are looking for people with a passion for increasing efficiencies, advocates for both rep and client experience, partners well with branch managers and is excited to support evolving initiatives.

- Strong written and oral communication skills in addition to attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a leadership team, while handling multiple projects, tasks and branch responsibilities simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
- Collaborating with peer Managers to support the goals of the enterprise
- Researching and resolving operational inefficiencies, and identifying areas of improvement that will assist our group in reaching team objectives
- Firm understanding of regulatory and compliance policies associated with brokerage businessand risk mitigation in day-to-day job function
- Building and maintaining good cross-enterprise working relationships

- Deepening ongoing internal and external business partner relationships.

- Assisting the Branch Manager and sales/support staff with meeting our clients’ needs.
- Successfully navigating through extremely complex operational issues.
- Highly successful with diffusing negative client situations.
- Providing acting Branch Manager responsibilities in Branch Manager’s absence.
We are looking for people with a passion for helping clients...You will be responsible for:
- Managing, coaching, and developing Branch Client Service Staff.
- Coordinating and maintaining the branch paperwork and operations flow.
- Implementing, training and support of new processes that are adopted by the firm.
- Partnering with internal and external business partners to prepare for a branch audit.
- Being a product and service subject matter expert.
- Receiving checks, security deposits, check disbursements and new account processing.
- Actively uncovering additional business development opportunities.
- Scheduling the clients with a Financial Consultant for further consultation.

What you have
To ensure that we have fulfilled our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
- A valid and active Series 7 license required
- A valid and active Series 63 license required
- A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) (may be obtained within a 90-day condition of employment)
- A valid and active Series 9/10 (8) license required
- 3+ years’ experience with customer service
- 3-5 years in a security/financial services capacity
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
