At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us “challenge the status quo” and transform the finance industry together.
We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified locations.
As part of the Advisor Services Trading organization, the Equity Post Execution team serves as a critical risk and relationship management desk responsible for protecting Schwab, its advisors, and clients from market, operational, and regulatory risk associated with block trading and post-trade activity.
This team operates at the intersection of trading, operations, compliance, technology, and advisor support. Success in this role requires building strong partnerships, influencing stakeholders, and fostering trusted relationships across the organization while driving effective risk management practices. Team members are expected to balance daily risk oversight with leadership responsibilities, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts that enhance advisor outcomes and operational efficiency.
We're looking for more than technical expertise. We're looking for a relationship-oriented leader with a high level of emotional intelligence, humility, sound judgment, initiative and a desire to drive positive business outcomes. The ideal candidate builds trust, embraces accountability, and consistently seeks opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and elevate the client and advisor experience.

- Strong interest in leading projects and strategic initiatives in addition to day-to-day operational responsibilities.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change without direct authority.
