Software Release and Deployment Engineer with a strong track record of coordinating Production Deployments and
improving release processes. The Portfolio Management Technology (PMT) group champions innovative and scalable
technology solutions to deliver a superior client communication experience, through multiple delivery channels.
ACMS(PMT) is used by Margin business operations team to monitor and assess client and firm risk regarding client
account activities such as trading on margin. Ongoing ACMS Modernization initiatives and projects including Balcalclib
to Balpos4 migration, Pega to Appian Migration, Futures margin, Real time posting projects require dedicated Level 56
Senior Specialist Release Manager due to its scale, complexity, and strategic importance. ACMS consists of more than
20 interdependent components spanning monitoring platforms, Pega, and Appian technologies, all of which demand
coordinated, high quality release execution to maintain production stability and regulatory confidence. The Release
Manager role is critical to ensure end to end ownership of release planning, change governance, and production
readiness. In this position, you will manage and mature our release and deployment processes. Your responsibilities
will include ensuring our release governance is applied, communicating release status to external stakeholders,
coordinating with Product Management on internal and external communication, and improving our overall
development and deployment pipeline.
• Planning – Coordination across multiple organizations, adhering to release schedule and business alignment.
Establishing a release cadence for EMOST.
• Risk Assessment – Code freeze processes, scope, quality and review sessions.
• Executing – Release coordination, release tactics and issue management.
• Measuring – Establish, mature and automate release metrics.
• Process Improvement/Automation – Tools improvement, process automation and innovation.
• Education – Constant education for stakeholders and engineers.
• Mentoring – Mentor and coach team members
What you have

Required Qualifications
• Own end to end release planning, execution, and closure in accordance with the Release Management
Standard and SOP
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Application Teams, Infrastructure, and Change Management to define
release scope, strategy, and schedule
• Prepare, validate, and manage Change Requests (CRQs), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely
approvals
• Facilitate and support CAB reviews, release readiness checkpoints, and release night execution
• Experience with tools such as Remedy,JIRAGrGrd and Confluence for Release Management activities,
such as: metrics gathering, managing a release train across multiple departments
• Experience and working knowledge of implementing Blue-Green deployments to reduce downtime and risk
Preferred Qualifications
▪ Exposure with automation efforts of several aspects of software development; for example: automate
build process upon code check-in, automate deployment, and configuring artifacts repository (ie. experience
setting up a continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline using tools like Github,Jenkins or
Bamboo).
• Experience and working knowledge of PCF – Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
• Experience working with source code repositories (i.e. GIT, Bitbucket)
• Project Management experience using Scrum or Kanban
