The Client & Securities Data Management Portfolio team's vision is to enhance and support corporate applications to improve client experiences, protect client data, and enable Schwab to serve clients with utmost integrity and excellence. This role will support the Account Number Expansion program, one of the largest and highest priority initiatives underway. It requires managing and coordinating critical testing activities and dependencies at scale, the ability to tailor communications to different audiences, defining comprehensive test plans, and aligning teams to them. The role provides the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the collective success of this critical program.
Key responsibilities:
• Define, document, and manage a comprehensive test strategy and plan, incorporating team inputs and feedback, and align teams to it
• Measure, monitor, and communicate progress, including disposition of critical bugs and issues
• Facilitate prioritization and triaging of bugs and issues, escalating to program leadership as necessary
