The Technology Risk Management (TRM) Organization provides ‘Second line-of-Defense’ oversight for information security, technology, data, and operational resilience. This includes activities related to policy and governance, risk identification and assessment, risk response, risk measurement, and risk reporting for cyber and technology risks.

The Strategy and Operations team within Technology Risk Management focuses on the ability to articulate and contextualize technology risk impacts firmwide. Enabling effective Technology Risk Management oversight through risk identification, governance,data-driven risk measurement, reporting, and support of departmental, audit, and regulatory needs.

Reporting to the Director of TRM Technology Strategy and Operations (Risk Assessment, Reporting and Escalation), this role will be key in technology risk data analytics,metrics,reporting, and visualization. This positionis responsible forowning the end-to-end analytics lifecycle for technology risk metrics,inclusive ofdata sourcing, validation, dashboard development, insight generation, and executive reporting.

This role blends advanced data analytics and visualization with risk measurement (definitions, thresholds, sensitivity analysis, alignment to risk appetite) and risk monitoring (ongoing quality assurance, performance analysis, and effective challenge). The role transforms complex, multi-sourcetechnologyand risk datasets into clear,decisionreadyinsights for senior leadership, risk committees, auditors, and regulators. Beyond managing deliverables and due dates, the role requires strong analytical judgment, technicalproficiency, and the ability toinfluence acrossteams to ensure consistent, high-quality, and actionable representation of TRM risk insights.

Whatyou’lldo:

  • Design, build, andmaintainscalable analytical datasets and data pipelines supporting technology risk metrics(includingKRAM/RAMMS)and early warning indicators across TRM
  • Develop,produce, andmaintaindashboards, scorecards, and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint) that enable ongoing monitoring of technology and cyber risk performance against risk appetite and defined thresholds
  • Own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle for TRM risk metrics, including data sourcing, transformation, validation, documentation, and deployment into reporting environments
  • Perform advanced data analysis, trend analysis, and anomaly detection on large, complex datasets toidentifyemerging risk themes, data quality gaps, and early risk signals
  • Translate complex analytical outputs into compelling, actionable insights and narratives tailored for executive leadership, risk committees, audit partners, and regulatory audiences
  • Lead data quality assurance and validation activities, including reconciliations, reasonableness checks, sensitivity analysis, and breach/root cause analysis prior to reporting
  • Partner with TRM, Technology, Information Security,Resilience,and Data teams to improve data integrity, lineage, governance, and standardization for risk metrics and analytics products
  • Automate andoptimizereporting and analytics workflows using SQL, Power Automate, and AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual effort and improve scalability and timeliness
  • Produce andmaintaintechnical documentation for data models, queries, calculations, dashboards, and supporting controls to ensure transparency, repeatability, and auditability
  • Partner with stakeholders to support ongoing enhancements to metric design, dashboards, and self-service reporting capabilities
  • Engage in cross-team initiatives to share analytics best practices, foster a culture of data-driven decision making, and support reporting modernization efforts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degreerequired;degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven risk reporting, preferably within financial services, technology, cybersecurity, or enterprise risk management
  • Advanced data management and querying skills, including strong SQLexpertise(complex joins, performance optimization, anomaly investigation)
  • Demonstrated experience designing and analyzing large, complex,multisourcedatasets
  • Advancedproficiencyin data visualization and business intelligence tools, such as Power BI and/or Tableau, including dashboard design, UX considerations, and executive storytelling
  • Experience building automated data pipelines and reporting workflows using tools such as Excel, Power Automate, and SharePoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous risk and business questions into structured analyses and insights
  • Experienceidentifyingand resolving data quality issues, control gaps, and reporting inconsistencies
  • Ability to communicate technical, analytical, and risk concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Hands-on experience with AI-enabled analytics, automation, or Copilot Studio strongly preferred
  • Practical experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) data, metrics, and reporting processes
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple analytics deliverables in fast-paced environments
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious, with a strong drive to improve data quality, visualization, and insight generation
