This position is within the Digital Trading Technology (DTT) organization, supporting the Estates Processing & System

(EPS) team, and is responsible for ensuring high quality, reliability, and delivery confidence across complex,

enterprise‑scale platforms. The role drives faster time to market and reduced delivery risk through an

automation‑first, continuous quality mindset, embedding testing and validation throughout the development

lifecycle. It requires deep technical expertise, strong partnership with engineering, architecture, and product teams,

and the ability to lead quality outcomes in fast‑paced, highly complex business critical platorm while operating with

clear ownership and accountability.

1. Own quality strategy and execution for complex, business‑critical EPS platforms, ensuring reliability, resiliency, and

delivery confidence across highly integrated systems.

2. Embed risk assessment, validation, and quality practices throughout the lifecycle by partnering with Engineering,

Architecture, Product, and Platform teams.

3. Identify, navigate, and mitigate functional, non‑functional, and integration risks through deep understanding of

platform behavior and dependencies.

4. Drive scalable, automated quality capabilities and deliver high‑quality outcomes through disciplined execution,

proactive risk management, and strong ownership.
