Corporate Actions is responsible for the accurate processing and communication of complex issuer-driven events that impact client holdings, including dividends, interest payments, mergers, tender offers, stock splits, reorganizations, and other voluntary and mandatory events. Our mission is to deliver exceptional client outcomes through operational excellence, risk management, innovation, and employee development. Corporate Actions serves as a critical bridge between depositories, issuers, vendors, and internal business partners to ensure seamless event processing and industry-leading service.

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Actions Operations, to lead a team of operations professionals responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant processing of Corporate Action events. This leader will drive operational excellence, develop talent, enhance risk controls, and partner across the organization to advance modernization and strategic transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Corporate Actions team focused on accuracy, accountability, risk management, and client outcomes.
  • Oversee daily processing to ensure work is accurate, timely, compliant, and aligned to service expectations.
  • Use metrics, insights, and root-cause analysis to resolve issues, strengthen controls, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead modernization, automation, and transformation efforts that improve tools, workflows, scalability, and service delivery.
  • Build strong partnerships across Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Product, Trading, and vendor teams to support business and client outcomes.

What you have


To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required Qualifications:

  • One of the following licenses are required: Securities Industry Exam (SIE) or Series 7
  • 8+ years of financial services or operations experience.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Deep understanding of Corporate Actions, securities operations, asset servicing, trading operations, or related financial services functions.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams through operational, regulatory, or technology-driven change.
  • Experience managing risk, controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of DTCC, custodial processing, and Corporate Actions industry practices.
  • Experience leading large-scale modernization, automation, or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience managing managers and/or multiple operational functions.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
