Your Opportunity

At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative
thought meets creative problem solving, helping us “challenge the status quo” and
transform the financial services industry together.

We are building a next-generation Product Strategy organization to strengthen how the
firm designs, delivers, and monetizes products across Schwab brokerage, Schwab
Bank and Schwab Asset Management. This effort will establish a more integrated and
disciplined approach to product strategy, execution, and performance management,
enhancing our ability to bring innovative offerings to market, optimize product
economics, and scale efficiently across the enterprise. The organization will introduce
clearer product ownership, stronger alignment across business units, and more
consistent operating processes to accelerate growth, improve client outcomes, and
position the firm for long-term competitiveness in an evolving financial landscape.

Our strategy is grounded in our company’s “Through Clients’ Eyes” approach,
keeping client needs at the center of how we design, deliver, and scale products across
Schwab. Our mission is to build a more disciplined, insight-driven Product Strategy
function that connects priorities across the enterprise, strengthens product economics,
and improves client outcomes. We operate through structured planning, data-driven
analysis, clear governance, and strong cross-functional partnership, helping Schwab
bring the right products and capabilities to market with greater focus, speed, and
accountability.

Reporting to the Director (PL), Product Strategy & Business Operations, this position
serves as a member of the Product Strategy Operations team, which is focused on
strengthening the management discipline that guides Schwab’s product agenda. The
Classification: Schwab Internalteam helps define and maintain the enterprise product vision and multi-year roadmap;
establishes product strategy, business-case standards, and operating cadence; and
supports portfolio governance and cross-product alignment across the firm. This role will
partner with Product Heads, the Product Strategy PMO, Business Data Management,
and enterprise stakeholders (including Retail, AS, Schwab Bank, and Schwab Asset
Management) to ensure strategic priorities are clearly defined, coordinated, and
progressing effectively.

regulatory, and competitive dimensions.

health, emerging risks, and execution against committed outcomes.

•
Summarize revenue and key drivers, what is working or not working, potential
threats, initiative KPI status, and required 90-day actions, owners, and follow-
through.

Pricing and Fee Review
•
Support a semi-annual pricing and fee review discipline that evaluates Schwab’s
pricing position relative to competitors, client value, client behavior,
differentiation, and market conditions.

•
Frame the revenue, NNA, trading volume, asset, client-risk, capital, and P&L
implications of maintaining, increasing, reducing, tiering, restructuring, or
simplifying pricing.

•
Develop clear pricing recommendations with quantified business impact and an
accountable execution plan.
Product Profitability
•

rules, FTP methodology, ownership, and governance before expanding product-
