engineering maturity, and the next generation of quality engineering leadership.

• Own enterprise‑level quality strategy and outcomes for mission‑critical OnDemand and ePresentment

platforms, ensuring archival integrity, regulatory compliance, and reliable delivery at scale as file volumes and

• Serve as a key advisory leader across complex, multi‑year critical technical and business initiatives including

legacy platform modernization (OCAPI and OnDemand Portal), ANEX account number expansion, Schwab Crypto,

replatforming legacy applications (IGR), and ongoing regulatory maintenance workloads.

• Define and govern end‑to‑end test strategy, including automation frameworks, quality metrics, and risk‑based

testing approaches, providing enterprise accountability for quality, reliability, and scalability outcomes across

platforms.

• Embed intelligent automation and AI‑enabled testing into CI/CD pipelines to improve test coverage, reduce

execution risk, and modernize quality practices in alignment with forward‑looking engineering standards.

• Ensure performance, scalability, resiliency, and reliability assurance are built into platform design and delivery

through data‑driven risk identification and continuous quality signal monitoring.

• Set technical direction for SDET and QA engineers, raising engineering standards and ensuring consistent,

scalable quality practices across teams and initiatives.

• Mentor, develop, and grow SDET and QA talent, fostering a strong culture of ownership, accountability, and
