What you have

Responsible for continually checking on the health, teamwork, and effectiveness of the Agile Team and enables the Team to improve their practices within frameworks in use
•Monitors the flow of the Team’s work, educates the Agile Team on the importance of steady flow of work, and works with the Team and Management to improve it
•Takes measurements on the health, teamwork, and effectiveness of the Agile Team to help them generate insights for their own and organizational improvement opportunities
•Triggers impediment and waste removal within and around the Agile Team so that the Team will be more self-organizing and self-reliant
•Accountable for establishing Scrum as defined by the Scrum Guides by helping everyone understand Scrum theory and practice within the Scrum Team(s) helping to improve practices
•Facilitates Sprint Planning, Reviews, Backlog Refinements and Retrospectives by working with the teams and Product Owners to ensure effective planning and outcomes
•Solves a range of straightforward problems and explains logic or decisions to others, basic skills in estimation, planning, relative sizing, prioritization, metrics analysis, team dynamics analysis, sprint reporting, creating Jira Dashboards, configuring Jira Boards, creating Jira filters, Jira roadmaps and Product Backlog management
•Creates Jira automation scripts to bring efficiency around manual repetitive entries in Jira
•Prepares the team for PI Planning and facilitates team events during the PI Planning
•Analyze and act on metrics like velocity and capacity to plan upcoming sprints
•Provide reporting in Program meetings as needed
•Partners with stakeholders, Business Partners, Product Manager and Product Owners to ensure alignment on project execution

Ideal Profile:

4-5 years Scrum Master Experience in Cybersecurity
•Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1) , Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Scrum Master (CSM),SAFe5.0 Scrum Master certification preferred
•Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
•Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
•Experience creating JQL queries , building Jira dashboards, configuring Jira projects and creating Jira automation scripts
•Experience withSAFeimplementation
•Experience with Kanban and Scrum
•Experience creating project progress report for stakeholder presentation
