In this role, you will provide strategic technology leadership to help unify enterprise architecture across operating model modernization, engineering excellence, resiliency, and AI enablement. You will shape scalable, resilient solutions that align with authoritative data sources and architectural standards while improving interoperability, reducing unnecessary complexity, and strengthening the overall technology ecosystem. This is a highly visible opportunity to influence enterprise solution strategy, drive standardization, and improve quality, availability, and developer experience across critical development and testing capabilities.
Success in this role requires strong judgment, technical depth, and the ability to solve complex engineering challenges with a practical, outcomes-focused mindset. You will work closely with architects, engineering leaders, and cross-functional partners to define flexible, configurable patterns that balance innovation with disciplined standardization. You will also help advance governance, guide enterprise design decisions, and identify opportunities to reduce duplication, improve consistency, and accelerate delivery. Through strong collaboration, communication, and influence, you will mentor engineers and architects, strengthen technical direction across large-scale initiatives, and help drive reliable, high-quality technology delivery across the firm.
What you have
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting or enabling AI-related enterprise architecture, solution design, or blueprint development
- Deep experience providing strategic architectural and technical leadership across complex enterprise environments
- Demonstrated success designing and guiding scalable, resilient enterprise solutions that improve consistency, interoperability, and delivery outcomes
- Strong experience solving complex engineering and architecture problems with a practical, business-outcome-oriented approach
- Experience establishing and communicating enterprise architecture principles, standards, and governance practices
- Proven ability to influence architects, engineers, and senior leaders across functions and drive alignment on enterprise technology direction
- Advanced communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships and drive outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience leading architecture efforts across large, complex initiatives involving enterprise platforms, integrations, and cross-system dependencies
- Experience mentoring and coaching engineers and architects to elevate technical capabilities and design maturity
- Proven ability to advance governance and reduce risk, eliminate duplication, and improve quality, availability, and developer experience across enterprise platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading architecture initiatives across development and testing enterprise solutions
- Experience working in highly matrixed environments undergoing large-scale enterprise transformation
- Ability to connect architecture strategy to measurable business impact, operational efficiency, and risk reduction
- Strong adaptability and decision-making skills in fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
