The Workplace Services team is hiring a Business Systems Analyst to support and evolve EquiView, Schwab’s equity compensation platform. In this role, you will translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and workflow designs, partnering closely with product, engineering, SRE, database, and release teams. You will help shape EquiView features such as reporting and forecasting, ensure end to end quality from backlog through production change windows, and drive clarity across complex workflows. Success looks like strong EquiView domain knowledge, well framed user stories, reliable releases, and measurable improvements in system stability and user outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

-Requirements & Backlog: Elicit and document business/system requirements for EquiView features, translate into epics/user stories with acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized backlog.

-Process & Systems Analysis: Produce end‑to‑end process flows and system diagrams across EquiView, dependent databases, batch/reporting workflows, and integrations; capture upstream/downstream impacts.

-Quality, Observability & Readiness: Define test conditions and “done” criteria; partner with SRE/engineering to ensure logging, dashboards/SLOs, and alerts are in place; coordinate UAT and sign‑
offs.

-Change & Release Support: Support production change planning and communications, documenting impacts, validation steps, and rollback considerations.
