As a Client Relationship Manager, you are a key branch leader responsible for delivering a consistent,
high-quality client experience in a direct client facing capacity. You coordinate across teams, partner
with branch leadership, and ensure operational accuracy, workflow efficiency, and successful execution
of firm and regulatory initiatives.
You strengthen client relationships by resolving complex needs with empathy and professionalism,
while using emotional intelligence to navigate escalations and support team collaboration. You also
drive branch performance by coaching team members, reinforcing service excellence, and promoting
accountability. This role offers the opportunity to expand your leadership impact while building
expertise in client relationship management, operations, and performance in a fast-paced

We are looking for people with a passion for helping clients...You will be responsible for:
- Managing, coaching, and developing Branch Client Service Staff.
- Coordinating and maintaining the branch paperwork and operations flow.
- Implementing, training and support of new processes that are adopted by the firm.
- Partnering with internal and external business partners to prepare for a branch audit.
- Being a product and service subject matter expert.
- Receiving checks, security deposits, check disbursements and new account processing.
- Actively uncovering additional business development opportunities.
- Scheduling the clients with a Financial Consultant for further consultation.

What you have
The expertise you bring:
• A valid and active FINRA Series 7 and 63 license required
• Currently hold or obtain the FINRA Series 9 and 10 license as it will be required during your
tenure on the job
• Relevant financial services or client-facing experience with 2+ years in a management or
supervisory role preferred
