As a SeniorSpecialistSoftware Engineerin Retirement Plan ServicesTechnology,you willworkwithyour fellow team membersto consistently produce high-quality output byparticipating inall facets of software delivery, including design, development, testing,deployment, tooling,andsupport.You will serve as a strong,versatile,hands-onsoftware engineer,deliveringsolutions that meet business objectives in a flexible, collaborative, and rapidly changing environment.

More specifically, in this role you will:

  • Assist with developingsoftware applicationsto supportretirement plan administration
  • Participateinan agile team of developers, testers, product owners and scrum masters
  • Participate in discussions and engage other team members to flesh out system requirements where minimal information is provided
  • Design and build automated tests
  • Release applications to production environments on a regularly scheduled basis
  • Provide production application support for applications that require>99% uptime

What you have


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree inComputerScienceorarelated field, or equivalentexperience
  • 3-5years of.NET design and developmentexperience
  • Demonstrated expertise in object-orienteddevelopment, Microsoft SQL Server,SOAP and REST web services,CI/CD
  • A strong knowledge of, and demonstratedexperiencein, software development, testing, maintenance,and support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
  • ExperiencewithTest Driven Developmentand automated testing design
  • Experience with the Atlassian suite of products(Confluence, JIRA, Bamboo)
  • Familiarity with Cloud Platforms such asPCF, GCP, and AWS
  • Financial Services industryexperience
