At Charles Schwab, we put clients at the center of everything we do. As a Senior Manager on the Retail Client Experience team, you will lead high impact initiatives supporting Workplace to Retail extension efforts and client experience.

In this role, you will tackle some of the firm’s greatest opportunities, supporting Corporate Client relationships and the Workplace to Retail participant, enabling seamless Schwab experiences, and developing and implementing our next-generation Retail Extension strategy designed to grow and retain relationships with Workplace investors. You will shape strategy, evaluate options, and influence across enterprises by clearly articulating recommendations that improve outcomes for both clients and the Firm.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead strategic initiatives to introduce the full breadth of Schwab’s offerings to Workplace investors within our top corporate relationships
  • Provide direction and oversight to the implementation of Retail offer components to new Workplace corporate relationships
  • Frame client and Plan Sponsor pain points, evaluate multiple solution paths, and present clear recommendations
  • Liaise with partners firm-wide to represent business needs and gather perspective and consultation from subject matters experts to inform the development and seamless execution of solutions that align with Firm’s long term retail extension strategy and roadmap
  • Influence outcomes across teams and leaders without direct authority

Required Qualifications:

  • Background in strategy, consulting, and sales operations within Retail and Workplace Services
  • Experience partnering and driving positive outcomes against cross-enterprise initiatives
  • Demonstrated success navigating ambiguous problem spaces and driving alignment through structured thinking
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in a Plan Sponsor-facing role
  • Track record of influencing decisions by presenting options, tradeoffs, and recommendations
  • Experience leading cross functional initiatives without direct ownership

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
