As a Specialist, ECG Retirement Plan Professional, you are at the forefront of the participant experience, delivering outstanding service to our corporate retirement account plan participants. You will field electronic communications, i.e., chats & emails every day, providing subject matter expertise on corporate retirement accounts. This is an e-communication channel-based role and will include phone work, as needed, and require the use of multiple computer applications and dual monitors.

Required Qualifications
- Currently trained and active in RPS Chat and Email Multi Channel Team.
- Expertise in Participant Services operations and procedures including having Advanced Account Training completed.
- Strong written communications skills to establish trust and rapport with clients through written communication.
- Provides clients with Through Clients’ Eyes experience by using all systems and resources with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This includes navigating complex systems, adapting quickly to new tools, and maintaining accuracy and efficiency under pressure.
- Must be in Good Standing as defined by Schwab corporate policy.
- Demonstrated ability to provide top tier service and support to Schwab participants.
- The ability and desire to develop positive working relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Series 7 & 66 licenses preferred
- Effective influence and communication skills, supporting and leading our changing communication channel.
- Ability to adapt and implement changes as market and business conditions evolve.
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities, including a language premium.
