Senior Manager, Enterprise Finance – Advisor Services (AS Revenue)

The Advisor Services (AS) Finance team provides financial analysis and strategic decision support for Schwab’s Advisor Services enterprise, helping business partners with operational leverage, scale, and profitability through rigorous analysis, enterprise-level insights, and performance communication.
This Senior Manager AS Enterprise Finance role focuses on Advisor Services revenue consolidation and ownership, as well as support for the AS Service Desks capacity planning and forecasting. As a senior individual contributor, the role provides AS revenue financial oversight and decision support through close business partnership, risk identification, strategic solution evaluation and financial planning and reporting, as well as leadership of monetization‑focused initiatives and special projects tied to AS revenue streams.
What You’ll Do
- Own AS revenue forecasting, including short- and long-range outlooks, serving as the enterprise revenue consolidator for AS
- Forecast AS trading revenue and underlying drivers (accounts, activity, mix, pricing, monetization impacts) and provide clear explanations of results and changes over time
- Translate complex behavioral dynamics into reflective reporting that explains performance, not just outcomes
- Partner with business leaders to model monetization opportunities for new and existing products, offers and revenue streams, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Forecast and analyze Service Desk capacity and expense performance versus plan
- Clearly articulate cost drivers, risks, and trade-offs to inform planning and decision-making
- Collaborate independently across Finance, Strategy, FIT, SDA, and business teams
- Contribute to team‑driven and Finance-driven improvements in forecasting, analytics, and reporting processes, incorporating cross‑functional inputs to enhance decision usefulness
What you have

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, revenue finance, or financial decision support.
- Strong understanding of financial products, revenue mechanics, asset-based drivers, and trading activity in a financial services context.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships across management levels and communicate complex financial concepts to senior audiences.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
- Experience effectively managing several workstreams/projects concurrently and independently
- Ability to drive strong engagement among team members and colleagues is essential
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial services industry experience preferred.
