We are looking foraengineer to join a newly forming agile delivery team. As a lifelong learner, you will bring your experience in building and testing applications. In this role you will enhance and extend the core financial planning platform to create new solutions that empower our clients. You will work in an iterative delivery team building with frequent releases, building toward continuous delivery. - Design, develop, and deliver solutions as part of an Agile Scrum team.
- Leverage understanding of software development principles and practices to help mentor and coach junior team members.
- Support and triage issues and participate in production support to help develop resilient and secure systems to prevent issues that impact on our clients.
- Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to define strategy and scope of software requirements (decompose stories, design features, and prioritize tasks)
- Utilize automated software test tools and frameworks such as test-driven development to achieve the highest quality in software delivery
What you have

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degrees in Computer Scienceor related field
- 5+ years of experience with frameworks such as Java, Java Core, Spring,Springboot
- Strong Javabackend experiences including designing highly fault tolerant and scalable systems
- Experience in front end development using Angular and JavaScript; willingness to learn, required
- Strong relational database experience
- Experience developing/managing REST and SOAP-based Web Service API(s) in a transaction processing environment
- Curious about new technologies and processes. You always seek to improve yourself and everyone around you and proactively seek and share knowledge with others outside of your organization
- Ability to translate requirements into designs
- 2 +years experienceworking with building automated test tools
- Professional experience with source code repository tools, such as Bitbucket or GitHub
- Strong communicationskills – you balance written and verbal communication to clearly share your perspective with others on the team
- Experience working in an Agile team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience deploying applications into PCF
- Experience in Financial Services
- Hands on experience with application and service development using C# and .Net frameworks (ASP.NET, .Net Core)
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
